The computer and printer cannot communicate.Īny idea on how to solve this ? I cannot even go to a service center due to covid19, everything is shut down down here in Switzerland. I tried to press the power and information buttons at the same time, it does still not work.Įrror message displayed on the computer :
I tried to do the same for 15 seconds, it doesn't either. I tried pressing the power button for 10 seconds, it does not reset it. Please provide me any information on how to reset it. I would like to reset it, as I think it might be a hardware update error. The power, Wifi, ink and paper lights are flashing. Scan, copy and print functions are unavailable. Don't want to throw it away even though I'm very tempted to. Alas, no reset button is even there on this cheap printer.Īnyway I just think it is a hardware issue so I'm trying to reset it.

Proceeded with utilization of the item when the ink is used could harm the item. Outwardly check the ink levels in the item’s ink tanks to affirm the genuine ink levels. The low ink ready framework may create off base messages if the ink tanks are not topped off as indicated by the directions in the item’s User’s Guide For End of service life. The item can’t legitimately gauge the ink levels in the tanks rather it evaluates the measure of ink staying by inside checking ink utilization. The precision of this framework relies upon the client topping off the ink tanks accurately. The Priter has a low ink ready framework.
